Erin Borton, MA, LCPC, CADC

Erin's typical client struggles with more than one issue, such as having an eating disorder and anxiety, substance abuse and trauma, etc. However, less complex client issues are welcome as well! Erin uses an approach that sets small steps to get to a bigger goal, so even the most "stuck" client can feel movement towards their desired life. Erin is encouraging and warm while being practical and realistic. She will start where you are and match a pace that is comfortable for you. She has experience in many different counseling approaches and will weave them together to make your treatment plan. Erin works with clients ages 12 and up.

Erin teaches clients about their mental health conditions. She will also walk you through why she is using certain therapy approaches and how they can help, so you can feel more in control of your own life. She combines both teaching of techniques for more immediate relief of symptoms while working on deeper healing to reduce longer term suffering. Erin has been practicing therapy for over 16 years. From working in many different settings and areas of expertise, Erin has a wide base of mental health knowledge to help her clients explore both traditional and less-traditional/more natural methods of healing (if desired). Erin would love to hear your story and help you get back to the "real" you again!

Erin accepts BCBS PPO, Aetna, United, and self-pay clients.

Barbara Demetrius-Lallas, MS, LPC

Barbara has 20 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and women. She is extremely empathetic, compassionate, understanding, and non-judgmental. She listens attentively in order to help her clients explore what creates frustrations and difficulties in their lives. More importantly, Barbara tries to understand her clients' situations from different angles to find better options and solutions to live the lives they want. When working with younger children, Barbara uses a gentle approach often while playing games to work on issues in a non-threatening manner.

Barbara was trained psychodynamically, so she looks at the patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to her clients' struggles. Together, she and her clients work to make changes in order to achieve the goals her clients strive towards.
